Rice Pudding

2 1/2 c. cooked brown rice

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. grated orange rind

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/4 c. NUT MILK (57)

2 tbsp. honey

2/3 c. chopped dates or raisins

1 tsp. coriander

COMBINE all ingredients and transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. BAKE at 350° for 45minutes. This is very good and tasty! A great dessert, too!
