1 c. millet
1/2 c. shredded coconut (unsweetened)
4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 tsp. salt
COMBINE all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. BAKE at 350° for 1 hour covered.SERVE hot as a breakfast cereal. SERVES 8.Delicious with sliced bananas or BANANA-ALMOND CREAM (1).
